While AVC is confident
that the equipment we supply will give you many years of trouble-free
use; warranty, never the less is a major consideration when specifying
any equipment on a small island in Asia! We prefer to deal products which
not only carry a full warranty, but are easy to make claims against and
service.
As a Certified Dealer,
AVC is Southern Thailand’s representative to warrant Vantage and
Elan products. Vantage is the only lighting company to offer a full 5
year warranty, while Elan warranty ranges from 1-10 years depending on
the product. If there are any problems during the warranty period, AVC
will coordinate the repair or replacement. In most cases, we can offer
a loaner unit until equipment is repaired.
All supporting equipment
that we provide (ie. Speakers, computers, etc.) also carry an Original
Manufacturer’s Warranty, usually one year (as with all consumer
electronics).
Part of our comprehensive after-sales service and maintenance is to keep
your system running trouble free for as long as you have your home.
