Consultation
We begin each potential project by establishing a working relationship with the client. We will listen to your needs and requirements to create a system which works for you. Client expectations and budget are discussed and once we have agreed that your project requires at least a basic dimming package, we will then sign a contract to proceed with the design and installation of your preferred system.

Design & Engineering
AVC will work with your Developer, Contractors, Architect, Interior Designer and Lighting Consultant to create a detailed design for the electrical contractor to use during construction. Construction of the project may last from six to twenty months depending on its progress and scale. We will attend meetings and conduct site inspections for the duration of the build regardless of how long it takes. It is our responsibility to ensure that the electrical contractor adheres to the design and that everything works in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. Prior to Installation, we order and import all of the equipment.

Installation
AVC and our team of professionally trained installers will test and terminate all wires. When the construction site is nearly finished and clean, we install and connect all of the equipment. When ready, we upload the programming and calibrate the system. Once the systems and components are working correctly, we give the client full instructions along with quick-reference cards to ensure simple and hassle-free use.

Support & Maintenance
One of the advantages of using a dedicated company like AVC to design and supply your equipment is that we are always here on the ground to maintain it. All of the equipment that we sell is fully covered by the manufactures warranty. AVC is authorized to support everything that we have supplied to you in a timely manner. We also stock many spare parts in Phuket and even have Loaner items to use until your repair is complete. AVC is always here in Phuket to maintain or expand your system at any time.
