Each Vantage lighting system comes with its own IP Address which enables you to control your home from any Laptop, PDA or Web-tablet either sitting on the sofa, or from anywhere in the world.

By integrating your lighting system with a computer network there are many more features available, and you can use all of the latest gadgets for control. You can instantly switch from checking e-mail to playing a movie to viewing the security cameras all from the touch of a button.

Although computers can control our systems, none of our recommended systems are PC based. We do not trust Microsoft Windows to control anything, except as an auxiliary controller. If your computer should crash (and it will), this does not affect any of your lights, Keypads, Touch-panels, or anything else that might be connected to your home system.
